GSoC community ideas/XML parser for NSE

Completed in GSoC 2015 by Gyanendra Mishra

NSE would definitely benefit a good XML parser. This was already discussed a couple times on nmap-dev. Thread here by prospective GSOC student has links to previous discussions.
