GSoC community ideas/Bringing Lua to Ncat, part II

In 2013, a Google Summer of Code project called "Bringing Lua to Ncat" introduced Lua scripting support to Ncat. While some functionality was added, this project was mostly about research and there's still a lot of ideas left to finish and implement.
